Tuesday, May 30 - Summer Storytimes Begin 

 

Saturday, July 8 @ 10 am - Fun w/ Science and Math - Spend some time at the library discovering that Science and Math can be lots of fun! Participants will rotate through interesting stations exploring topics such as motion, cause and effect, magnets, sound and more. Children will be learning while exploring and having fun! Ages 5 - 8 w/ an adult, registration required, limited to 15 kids. Sponsored by The Whitaker fund for Math and Science, a Fund of the Foundation for Enhancing Communities.

 

Monday, July 10 @ 6:30 pm - Ready, Set, Go! - For pre-registered participants only - An adult helper MUST come with the child - please, no other children.

 

Monday - Thursday, July 24, 25, 26 & 27 @ 2 pm - Fossil Frenzy Science Camp - Dinosaur bones.....traces in stone....bugs preserved in amber! Come to our Fossil Frenzy Camp and learn about fossils of all kinds. There will be fun, hands-on activities each day. all participants will receive a copy of the book, 101 Great Science Experiments by Neil Ardley. Ages 5 - 8, registration required, limited to 12 children. When registering, please commit to all 4 days. An adult must remain in the library during the program.
